      General director of Ukrzaliznytsia Borys Ostapyuk set a  task for railroaders to increase volumes of cargo transportation, quality of services and organization of interactive communication with the clients of railways. These news became available for the public after common meeting of specialists of the Main commercial department of Ukrzaliznytsia and forwarders, freight owners and other participants of the transportation process. New principles of organization of transportation of freight by railways.

       The main issue of the meeting was the effectiveness of the organization of cargo transportation on all stages: ordering of wagons, and during transportation and during delivery of cargo to the recipient.

        Railroaders are developing unified form of agreement for different kinds of cargo fleet that is owned by enterprises of Ukrzaliznytsia in order to unify agreement forms.
